One of the few properties in Port Douglas with direct visual access to the sand and the sea, this delightful beach house is the perfect place for a family reunion, three to four couples or just the two of you.

The ground floor has an open plan living area that opens to a veranda and stunning saltwater pool. This room also has a TV, DVD, Austar and CD Player. There are two bedrooms off the living area that share a bathroom, one of which opens onto the deck with sea views. The fully equipped kitchen has granite benchtops and European appliances and is designed for easy access. A barbeque on the veranda should minimise the time that has to be spent inside cooking.

The upstairs area is accessed by external stairs. Each bedroom has it's own entry, an en-suite and walk in wardrobe. Each also has direct access to the large wrap around veranda that offers fantastic views of the sea and the beach. The master bedroom has a kitchenette to allow you to escape the rest of the household if you wish. The unique design of this house allows for a group of couples.

The pool has a glass fence to not obstruct your view of Four Mile Beach. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and sea. The garden has a grassed area surrounded by tropical landscaping, a great place for young children to play.

Fully air-conditioned, this house is located at the southern end of Four Mile Beach, close to a deli, video store, pub, bottle shop and restaurant. An excellent location!
