This getaway is a newly renovated split level home located on a quiet cul de sac in the Solander area of Port Douglas, only 2 minutes walk from the beach.

Upstairs the main living area with polished timber floors has a fully equipped fitted kitchen. A wide veranda across the front of the house catches the ocean breezes, a second smaller veranda overlooks the grassy garden area surrounded by tall melaleucas and a freshwater creek to the back of the house. To the side of the house a third veranda overlooks the electric heated swimming pool.
Also on this level two bedrooms with Queen and Double beds share a bathroom.

External stairs lead to the downstairs bedroom with three single beds - two of which can convert to a king bed. This bedroom has an en-suite with shower and toilet as well as a walk in wardrobe.

The holiday home is fully air conditioned with fans throughout and has a plasma TV, DVD and CD player.
