The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located between the indoor and outdoor dining areas. From the veranda a private grassy courtyard with an entry gate to the park leads to Four Mile Beach.

The two bedrooms and the living area are located downstairs, leaving the upstairs totally devoted to the master bedroom with en-suite and a balcony that overlooks the park views.
