The living area has a lounge and formal dining area, glass sliding doors open to a covered veranda which increases the living space with a daybed and outdoor dining plus a barbeque.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven. A separate laundry has washing machine and tumble dryer

The master bedroom and en-suite are on the ground floor and open onto a private courtyard. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. The apartment includes full aircondtioning with fans throughout, a Plasma TV and DVD and two secure underground parking spaces.
