Inside, the house features a large timber and granite kitchen, fully equipped and with all appliances. There is a formal dining area and comfortable lounge with large LCD TV, Austar, DVD and stereo as well as a wireless broadband connection.

The master bedroom opens to both the pool and the lounge, and has an en-suite bathroom. The three other bedrooms are accessed off the lounge and share a family sized bathroom.
