Fantastic open living with swimming pool.
Highly recommend the location which is walking distance to everything.

“Excellent luxuriant villa – unique and very special” I think this has got to be the best self-catering accommodation that we have ever rented. The outdoor lounge/kitchen area near the pool is hard to describe, and the pictures don’t do it any justice, but it is really fantastic with a ‘movie-star’ like charm which is perfect for lazing away warm evenings with a wine or beer or two… or three… or four…
We travelled in April 2016 with our three kids, (11 / 7 / 7), who all loved the layout and particularly the quirky pool, but note that the pool is quite deep and probably not particularly suitable for those who aren’t too confident in the water. Our only other criticism is that the top high bunk didn’t have any safety rails, and so we thought it wasn’t really suitable for our daughter, (particularly as the bed is above a tiled floor). However, all credit to Port Douglas Getaways they bought around an extra “Z-bed” as soon as we contacted them. In fact the management company were excellent throughout the stay. Definitely a recommended property, and if we can save up the money again then I’m sure we’d go straight back tomorrow!

“Fantastic place for a family holiday” This was perfect for our family of 6. Great service by the agent with nothing too much of a problem. Great location Lots of space. Great pool and view of mountains. Photos don’t do it justice. Unique open design of living and lounge room made it feel like we were on holiday. Would definitely come again.

Stayed for daughter’s wedding. Great time, best wedding, most beautiful bride. The house was the best, thanks for the help ‘Getaways’. Grandson loved the pool, I loved the location (pubs), wife and daughter loved the location (shops) son-in-law and son loved the house (check bin!) Come to Port a couple of times a year, best place we have stayed at

Great property, location ideal. Nice to have a few essentials left in cupboards, very well equipped kitchen. Pool great, we would definitely consider this property for another holiday

Came for a much needed break and got it. Great house and location – kept the kids amused for hours. Had 8 glorious days of sun and made good use of the pool and BBQ

Thanks for allowing us to use such a great facility! The open plan living allowed us to take advantage of the great weather up here while catching up with friends and family. This central location made our wedding perfect as it was held at Little Cove
