Entry is through Asian styled doors to front gates and portico. The house has a remote control gate for vehicle entry and undercover parking. An eclectic blend of colour and modern art, the house features several living and dining options. Inside, a more formal atmosphere overlooks the front garden and pool.

The fully equipped kitchen easily accesses both formal inside dining and more casual outdoor setting with barbeque facilities. The kitchen provides an excellent vantage point for pool and garden activities and has state of the art equipment including stainless steel fridge with ice maker and a dishwasher. The living room is complete with a 42" plasma TV with DVD player.

Tiled throughout, the house remains cool in the heat of summer with high ceilings and fans in every living space including the outdoor areas. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Off to the right at the front entrance is one of the master bedrooms with bathroom and private courtyard. The second of the master bedrooms opens onto a casual lounging area that overlooks the back garden. This area of the house can be closed off completely by shutting the hall door creating a separate parents wing with own bathroom. A third bathroom services the downstairs singles. All bathrooms feature inlaid pebble work.

Upstairs, a spacious loft has the extra sleeping space of two single beds as well as multi-media entertainment, including Austar, TV, DVD, CD and broadband internet access. The house has many extras including a selection of books and games. Delightfully decorated in a modern casual style, this home has all the convenience of a resort but with the privacy of a home.
