Thank you for the use of the wonderful house. We had a wonderful time in PD making wonderful memories for our family. Highlights include, swimming in the pool every day (for Melbournians) Breakfast Bar to outside was amazing. Artwork in the house was very enjoyable. Snorkelling the GBR was loved by all, thank you for an amazing holiday.

The house was perfect for our family of 13. Plenty of room for everyone even the grandkids, and my daughters wedding party was able to get ready with hair and makeup and 3 stylists on the day. We’ve spent 2 wonderful weeks here in beautiful Port Douglas and don’t want to go home to cold Melbourne. We will always remember this place with happy memories, Mossman gorge and the reef and special family time. Covid tried to stop the wedding in 2020 but we made it and it was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much.

We played Marco Polo in the pool, we walked and ran on 4 mile beach. We saw the sunset from the palms and wore stinger suits whilst snorkelling on the reef. We had lengthy dinners on the terrace and enjoyed trivia at the pub. In short we had a great time. All of this was enhanced by having a place to stay where the noisy curlews sang us to sleep.

We celebrated our sisters special Birthday. The home was perfect for our stay, with excellent facilities that suited us all well. We enjoyed wonderful walks on the beach, a great birthday dinner at “Nautilus Restaurant” absolutely memorable and unforgettable.
Port Douglas we’ll be back, sailing to Inner reef, driving to Cape Tribulation, Daintree treetop canopy walk, beaches, lookouts, marina, markets and shopping. All absolutely wonderful. And relaxing by the pool!

This was a gathering of family from various states for my 50th. It was such a blessing to be under one roof and have space to do our own thing. We’ve been to Port D twice before and the location of this property is perfect. Thanks for meeting needs quickly and making my stay a memory keeper!

We have had a fantastic week celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our wonderful family, 8 adults & 2 children. The house was very well equipped, everything you would need. We all enjoyed the pool, beach and Port Douglas in general. The two younger ones 7 and 5 spent up to 3 hours at a time in the pool. The house was ideal for our family and we would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a relaxing and fun holiday.

Amazing accommodation. We were a very varied group – Grandparents, daughters and grandies and all loved this home. The kids absolutely LOVED the pool as did adults. We were really impressed with the quality and quantity of linen, towels etc. Also the generous supply of starter pantry items. The weather was perfect so we really don’t want to go home but would love to come here again and again .

Amazing location! Amazing house! Many hours spent in the pool. Things we would recommend: Tapas at Seabean – go early as it gets busy, free wifi outside Target next to Coles in town, Wavedancer boat trip to Low Isles, especially if you have kids. Also Wildlife Habitat is a lovely family trip. If you like a bit of adrenalin go for a Skydive over Cairns, AMAZING VIEWS! Book through ‘Peterpans’ in Cairns for a discount. Silversonic are a great company to go scuba diving with, both certified and intro (also snorkelling). We really dont want to leave!

Me and all the kids loved the pool. The house suited our needs well, a great space for the family. Everybody took a turn cooking, we had some delicious meals outside around the table. The beds were super comfortable, could stay forever. It was great having lots of swimming towels, we went to the Wild Life Habitat, we had fun.

Port Douglas is just fantastic – and we loved spending a week in this beautiful house!! A perfect house for our Big family – 5 grownups and a grandson from Melbourne and 4 grownups and 2 grand daughters from Norway. We’ve been playing in the pool, walking the beach, having an Easter egghunt in the garden, exploring Port Douglas, enjoying the hospitality, visiting Daintree, biking, visiting Mossman Gorge, shopping at the market, diving at the Reef, fishing down the river, drinking good wine, reading, swimming in the Pacific Ocean, playing at the playground, and having a great time together!! It has been a wonderful way to share a wonderful holiday with our truly wonderful Norwegian friends. We feel so lucky to have experienced such an amazing, happy, memorable and delightful holiday.

We had a great great time in this home, 8 days spent relaxing by the pool, walking, fishing the beach. We all work busy jobs back in WA and this place is the best to kick back and enjoy. A great Christmas day had by all. All the facilities were great and thank you for the 1 o’clock book out time. Stretch it out!!! Hope to come again.

Great holiday shared by two families – 4 adults and 5 kids. Perfect pool for older kids and adults. Well furnished and spacious. Plenty of spaces to escape to if needed. Good distance from town for daily exercise, and so close to beach. Fantastic holiday had by all.

We’ve had 5 wonderful days in your amazing house! We’ve relaxed here, enjoying the pool and the beach. We’ve explored the reef (Quicksilver was great) and visited koalas butterflies and parrots. We’ve ridden trains, Skyrail and driven on the wrong side of the road! We’ve been woken up by monkeys (?!) birds and unusual noises. We’ve eaten at Zinc (fabulous) L’Unico (Trinity Beach – yummy) and on the back deck (best!) We’ve rested, withdrawn from Wi-Fi and overall had a once in a lifetime vacation. Thank you for sharing your home.

A wonderful week in a great house. It was a magnificent holiday and we had perfect weather. Every night we were able to sit pool side under the patio and enjoy the evenings. What a wonderful home! We have had a fabulous and relaxing holiday in the sun – the kids loved the pool so much it was hard to get them out of it! The proximity to the beach and playground was perfect for us too. Great set up, had everything we could ask for, which made the whole experience eve more relaxing. We will be back.

We have had the most wonderful week here! Our compliments to the person/people responsible for the fit out of the house. It feels like a home away from home, it’s very tastefully furnished and very practical and easy to live in.
